We currently ship only within the United States (including the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

5. Shipping Carriers

We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver orders. The carrier will be chosen based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Imran Trading LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered on the order. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at +1 406-434-1920 or via our website contact form. Keep all original packaging and take photos of the damage for our records.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, we are not obligated to issue a refund.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • All orders must have a physical street address.

9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Since we only ship within the USA, no customs, duties, or import taxes apply. Any state or local sales taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
